This drop-in style event will feature healthy and seasonally inspired food, craft beer and wine along with several guest speakers who will share simple ways to promote well-being during the holiday season!
Guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with other CHBC members as well as visit with exhibitors selling health-promoting holiday gifts, services, etc.
